Geeetech i3 pro C Marlin 1.1.8 firmware released
Note:
1.Added the config for 3dtouch+no 3dtouch
2.Added the menu for extruder2
1)Preheat End2
2)Extruder2
3.Disabled filament detection and babystep
（If you need to use it,you can add it by yourself）
