Where can I get parts for my A30T

Anyone know if there is anywhere besides geeetech where I can get a hotend carriage plate.
I've sent several emails but they just won't answer them.
Am I stuck with a printer that I simply cant use because geeetech won't answer emails?

Hello, geeetech now uses the ticket system to respond to customers. You can learn how to create a ticket in the following file.
